①遺伝子・ゲノム研究に資する生体試料を、付随する診療情報とともに一元的に収集・管理し、施設内外の要請に対応して良質な試料と臨床情報を即座に供給できる体制を整備している。
/1) Biospecimen for genomic research and associated data are collected and center-cotroled, biobank is ready to provide rapidly.

②遺伝性稀少疾患（現時点では自己炎症性疾患）の診断が要請される患者について、将来の分子診断法開発研究への利用を見込んでDNAを保存している。
/2) Rare genetic disorder patients’ DNA is stored for future possible use of molecular diagnostic research and development.

③感染症起炎菌について、分離後の培養期間を経ていない状態での菌株を臨床情報を付加して保存し、新規抗菌薬・感染症治療薬等の開発研究への活用に備えている。
/3) Infection responsible bacteria isolate is stored before entering culture period, along with clinical records, in order for the future research of novel antibacterial agents and/or anti-infective drugs.
